This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and delete personal information in connection with Alive Run: Habit Evolution Wheel, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Scope and Applicable Standards
This Policy applies to our processing of personal information in connection with Alive Run, its related website, APIs, feedback pages, and support services. We process personal information in accordance with applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China and Apple App Store privacy disclosure requirements, following principles of legality, necessity, transparency, good faith, and data minimization.

4. How We Use Personal Information

- To save progress, sync gameplay configuration, and restore account-linked state;

- To provide public chat, Heart Chat, and action-feedback features;
- To receive and process bug reports and improve product quality;
- To conduct anti-abuse, anti-cheat, security auditing, logging, and troubleshooting;
- To comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or platform review requirements.
5. How We Share, Entrust, or Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share, entrust, or disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

If we add any new third-party SDK, analytics tool, advertising tool, or other data recipient that can access your personal information, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain your consent before enabling it.
6. Storage Location, Retention, and Deletion
1. Storage Location
Except for on-device caches and external services you actively choose to use, our main business data is stored on servers located in the People’s Republic of China by default. If cross-border transfer becomes necessary in the future, we will follow applicable legal requirements, including separate notice and consent where required.

If legal retention periods have not expired, or if immediate deletion is technically difficult, we may stop all processing other than storage and necessary security protection until deletion becomes feasible or legally permitted.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access and copy your personal information;
- correct or supplement inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdraw consent for optional permissions or optional processing activities;
- delete your account and request deletion of personal information associated with it;
- ask us to explain our data handling rules;
- submit complaints or reports to us or to competent authorities.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may decline requests that are repetitive, technically unreasonable, excessively burdensome, harmful to others’ lawful rights, or otherwise not required by applicable law.
8. How We Protect Personal Information
- Passwords are not stored in plain text and are processed using hashing;
- We apply access control and authorization checks for server APIs, uploaded attachment directories, and sensitive operations;
- We limit the size and number of feedback attachments to reduce abuse risks;
- We use logging, filtering, rate limiting, and anti-cheat measures to maintain security and service integrity;
- If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and provide notice as required by applicable law.
However, no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Please also keep your account credentials, verification codes, and devices safe.
9. Children
The App is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use it only with your guardian’s consent and guidance. We do not knowingly provide registration services to children under 14 or knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the relevant information or stop the relevant processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when laws, regulations, platform review rules, product functions, or data processing practices change. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the App, website, or other reasonable means.
