These Terms govern your download, installation, registration, login, access to, and use of Alive Run: Habit Evolution Wheel, together with related websites, interfaces, support channels, and feedback services.

Important: Alive Run is a gamified lifestyle reminder app. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency assistance, treatment advice, sleep disorder screening, or any professional healthcare service. In-app values, distances, heart states, rankings, AI replies, and companion messages are for gameplay, wellness engagement, and general informational purposes only.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By tapping agree, creating an account, logging in, enabling 7-day auto login, using chat, leaderboard, feedback, SMS login, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope and Acceptance

1. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Alive Run regarding your use of the App and related services.

2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not download, install, register, log in to, or continue using the App.

3. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with your legal guardian. If you are under 14, do not register for or use the App.

2. Services and Product Nature

1. Alive Run is a persistent survival-themed gamified app that uses virtual heart characters, chasing monsters, rankings, chat, and companion-style text interactions to encourage users to reflect on sedentary behavior, hydration habits, and night-time screen use.

3. Accounts, Login, and Security

1. You may create or access an account using an account-password flow and, where supported, phone verification login. Some builds may also support WeChat or other third-party login methods.

2. You must provide lawful, truthful, accurate, and complete account information. You must not impersonate another person, fabricate phone numbers, or misuse verification codes.

3. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, device, login status, and any verification factors associated with your account.

4. If you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization, contact us promptly.

4. User Conduct

1. You must not use the App or related services to engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activity, including but not limited to:

5. Chat, Leaderboards, Feedback, and User Content

1. Public Chat

Messages you voluntarily publish to the Pulse channel may be visible to other users. Do not post sensitive personal information such as identity numbers, passwords, precise locations, medical information, or financial details.

2. Heart Chat

Heart Chat is a companion-style text interaction feature. Replies may be produced by templates, rules, fallback text, or third-party AI/model services. Such replies are provided for companionship, gameplay flavor, and general informational purposes only.

3. Leaderboards

Leaderboards may display your nickname, username, survival time, heart level, or rank. We may use rate limiting, consistency checks, account-name matching, and other anti-cheat measures to protect leaderboard integrity.

4. Feedback and Attachments

Feedback text, screenshots, recordings, and other attachments may be used to investigate bugs, improve the App, respond to complaints, maintain audit trails, and support service operations. Do not upload unlawful material or files you are not authorized to share.

5. License for Submitted Feedback

To the extent permitted by law and subject to our Privacy Policy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, analyze, reproduce, and use the feedback and materials you voluntarily submit to diagnose issues, improve the App, and provide support.

6. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

1. You may initiate account deletion using the in-app deletion entry provided by the App. We may require reauthentication or verification to confirm that the request was made by the account holder.

2. Account deletion will disable future access to account-linked services. Where data must be retained by law, reasonably preserved for dispute handling, security, auditing, backups, or is technically difficult to delete immediately, we may retain it within the scope permitted by applicable law and delete or anonymize it when the relevant retention condition expires.

3. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate services if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform safety rules.

4. We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue all or part of the services due to maintenance, security needs, third-party outages, force majeure, business adjustments, legal changes, or other reasonable causes.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Except for content lawfully owned by users or third parties, all software, code, artwork, designs, layouts, characters, templates, sounds, text, visual assets, databases, prompts, and related materials in the App are owned by the operator or relevant rights holders.

2. You may not copy, rent, lease, sell, transfer, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, adapt, or commercially exploit the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and Apple App Store Notices

1. The App may rely on third-party services or system capabilities, including SMS providers, AI model APIs, WeChat sharing, system browsers, file pickers, and distribution platform services. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and privacy rules of those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the App, or, if the App is provided free of charge, the minimum scope required by law.

We process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and has equal legal effect. If there is any conflict regarding personal information handling, the Privacy Policy will prevail.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal changes, App Store review requirements, security needs, product updates, or service adjustments. Where the revision materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the App, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile.
